I use Omnis hosting for my web design customes. They don`t want to have to worry about the quality of web hosting for their sites. I design and manage a few customer sites. They don’t need any fancy bells and whistles They just want their website to run fast and to always be up. I have their sites hosted with Omnis, and there has been very few instances of downtime; mostly for maintenance. I’ve talked with their customer support a few times when first setting up the site, and as I recall they were easy to reach and helpful. Since then there have not been any issues, no need to contact them. Its nice to be able to set up a site and then forget about it, knowing its in good hands.
